My name is Lisa Hayes, DMOL. I have worked self- employed for 20 years in the Cosmetology Industry.  I served as a teacher of Cosmetology for 18 years part-time.  I also owned a business that staffed beauty salons in nursing homes since 2010. I was looking to retire that field and finish the rest of my career in Financial and business Services.  However, the pandemic shut my business down in March of 2020. I always wanted to be self-employed because I was a single mom of two. I couldn't find a job to fit my tight schedule with my children, so I worked for myself.  In 2004 I decided to take Health Management courses.  I graduated in 2008 with a bachelor's degree and 2010 with a Master of Health Administration and Education. I am currently enrolled in the Doctor of Management and Organizational Leadership program. I plan to teach business courses at the University level part time and continue to grow Lisales Enterprises, Inc., ​which leads me to where I am now.  I wanted a well-rounded career that I can continue to help people.  I decided that I would use my business skills to continue my Education in Finance and Life Insurance as well as Business Development and consulting.  It's a very rewarding career and I get so much pleasure helping people feel safe and protected and pursuing their business goals.  My mission is to help families in every way I can to optimize their finances and live with confidence. My vision is to see my business expand and create rewarding careers for other entrepreneurs.
